Noi Lif

A habit app for people who are tired of starting over. One habit, one tap a day, a streak you can actually keep.

  • Daily check-ins
  • Personal reminders
  • Streaks

The whole idea, in one page

Most habits do not die from lack of motivation. They die on the third Tuesday, when the day goes sideways and the app on your phone decides that is the moment to show you a broken chain and a red zero.

Noi Lif is built the other way round. You pick one habit — walk, read, water, stretch, early night, whatever the honest answer is. You say when in the day it belongs. From then on the app asks you one question at that time, and you answer it with one tap. That is the entire daily interaction, and it is designed to take less time than unlocking your phone to avoid it.

Everything else — the goal you set, the streak, the weekly read of how it is actually going — is built out of those taps. Nothing to log, nothing to weigh, nothing to write up at the end of the week. Check in, get on with your day.

What the app does

One-tap daily check-in

Each habit asks a yes-or-no question at the time you chose. Tap it and you are done — no notes, no sliders, no mood diary unless you want one.

Reminders at a time you already keep

Reminders hang off anchors in your real day — after the alarm, after lunch, before lights out — instead of pinging you at a random hour you will learn to ignore.

Streaks that survive a bad day

Your streak counts the pattern, not perfection. Miss once and you keep your chain; miss a week and the app says so plainly and helps you restart smaller.

Goals written in plain language

Set the goal as a sentence — 'read ten pages on weeknights' — and the app turns it into the schedule, the reminder and the check-in for you.

A weekly read, not a wall of charts

Once a week you get the short version: which habit is holding, which one keeps slipping on the same day, and the one change worth making next.

How getting started goes

  1. You send the form

Name, email, and one line about the habit or the group you have in mind. That is enough to work with.

  2. We reply with one question

Usually: what time of day does this habit actually belong in? The answer decides almost everything about the setup.

  3. Walkthrough

A short call or a written setup, your choice. We build the first habit, the reminder and the check-in with you rather than leaving you an empty app.

  4. First month, then a look back

You run it. At the end of the first stretch we read the weekly summaries together and cut, shrink or move whatever is not holding.

Who this suits, and who it does not

Noi Lif suits someone who already knows what they want to do more of, and keeps losing it in the week. The app is a prompt and a record, not a coach with opinions about your life.

It is deliberately narrow. There is no feed, no leaderboard with strangers on it, no badge economy, and no scoring of you as a person. If you want a tracker that measures sleep stages, macros and heart rate in one screen, this is the wrong product and we will say so in the first reply rather than sell you a walkthrough.

What you end up holding

A habit on your phone that asks once a day, a streak that reflects the month rather than the worst morning in it, and a weekly summary short enough to actually read. If, after a month, the habit holds without you thinking about the app much — that is the app working as intended.

Tell us the habit

Send your details and the one thing you are trying to make stick. We will take it from there.

  • A person on the Noi Lif team reads every enquiry — no auto-sequence.
  • The reply comes by email and asks what time of day your habit belongs in.
  • Next step is a short walkthrough where we set the first habit up with you.
